Helen R. Wiseman Thatcher

Helen R. Wiseman Thatcher, 87 years of Byron, Georgia, died Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at the Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, Georgia.
She was born in Chillicothe, Ohio on June 3, 1916 the daughter of the late Frank and Vesta Darst Wiseman.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Thatcher, son, Dean Thatcher, brother, Eldon Wiseman, and sisters, Dorothy Wolford, and Vivian Mullins.
She is survived by three sons, Don Thatcher of South Vienna, Ohio, David Thatcher of Arizona, Dale Thatcher of Grants, New Mexico, daughter, Joyce Hart of Byron, Georgia, brothers, James Wiseman of Catawba, Ohio, Victor Wiseman of Portsmouth, many grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 7, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Rev. Dale Thatcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 1:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
