Helen Louise Topeka, 86 years of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at the Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro.
She was born in Highland County, Ohio on August 25, 1916 the daughter of the late Harry F. and Jessie L. Nickeson McCoppin.
She was a member of the Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene and the Marshall United Methodist Church.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Marjorie Sydenstricker, and one niece, Karol Harner.
She is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Doris and Ervin Parshall of Hillsboro, three nephews, Donald Linda Parshall of Hillsboro, John Judy Sydenstricker of Hillsboro, Jim Mary Sydenstricker of Elkhart, Indiana, and one niece, Pamela Allen Lewis of Hillsboro.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Janie Shoemaker officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be made to the favorite church or charity of the donor?s choice.
