Herman A. Boerger, 86 years of Seaman, died Saturday, January 13, 2007 at his residence.
He was born at Hamilton County on March 6, 1921 the son of Fredrick A. and Elizabeth Budde Boerger.
He was a member of the St. Mary?s Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Peebles and was a farmer.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by one son Paul Boerger and one daughter Mary Ann Zella.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years Dolores M. Ledwin Boerger of Seaman, seven sons and daughters-in-law, Anthony A. Boerger of Peebles, George H. Boerger of Lawshe, Stephen Boerger of Tri County, William & Paula Boerger of Mt. Orab, Peter Boerger of Seaman, Karl & Kelly Boerger of Seaman, Louis & Miranda Boerger of Minford, six daughters and sons-in-law, Eileen & Glenn Bryant of West Union, Rebecca & Greg Bonnell of Columbus, Lucy Boerger of Peebles, Barbara Boerger of Wilmington, Deborah Kessler of Savannah, GA, one son-in-law, Ben Zella of Orgonia, twenty two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Peebles St. Mary?s Queen of Heaven Catholic Church with Rev. Ted Kosse officiating. Burial will follow in the Tranquility Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home
