Howard L. Crum, 70 years of Peebles, died Monday, December 24, 2007 at his residence.
He was born in Carroll County, Indiana on May 28, 1937 the son of the late Floyd and Emma Eaton Crum.
He was a member of the Peebles Baptist Church and had worked as a steel worker for Penn Dixie.
He is survived by his wife Alice Longfellow Crum whom he married on January 18, 1959, two sons and daughters/law, Steve and Terri Crum of Newport, Michigan, Dan and Kim Crum of Martins Ferry, Ohio, one daughter/law, Amy McSorley of Cincinnati, Ohio, one brother, Louis Crum of Kokomo, Indiana, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 28, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Freeland Hollow Cemetery with Paul Conn officiating.
Friends may call on Friday from 9:00 A.M. till 10:30 A.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
Memorials may be made to the Adams County Christian School, 187 Willow Drive, West Union, Ohio
