Irene E. Reno, 90 years of Hillsboro, died Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Heartland of Hillsboro.
She was born April 10, 1918 in Monroe County, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Eliagh and Cora Lee Whitt Harvey. Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Woodrow W. Reno on July 5, 1983, one son Joseph Reno, one daughter Dottie Ann Reno, three brothers George Harvey, Walter Harvey, Arthur Harvey, one sister Lorene Beverly.
Irene was a member of the Fairview Church of Christ.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Woodrow E. "Eddie" and Jessie Reno of Hillsboro; three grandchildren, Kenneth Melody Reno of Hillsboro, Cynthia Reno of Hillsboro, Melonie Kermit Whitt of Lynchburg; five great grandchildren, Wade Larrick, Scott Nichols, Cara Willison, Tyler Reno, Ashley Reno; five great great grandchildren
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at the Convenience of the Family at Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Bob Wickline will offciate with burial to follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
