Jack J. Harper, 69 years of Seaman, died Tuesday, December 31, 2002 at the Adams County Hospital.
He was born in Adams County on August 9, 1933 the son of Harrison M. ?Pop? and Nellie Coldiron Harper.
He was a member of the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union and was a self Employed Construction worker.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jane Pell Harper in 1999, one sister Leona Lamb, three brothers, Bob Harper and two infant brothers.
He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Rita Harper of West Union, Stanley and Debbie Harper of Winchester, David and Carla Harper of Winchester,
Two daughters and son?in-law Diane and Earl Call of Winchester, Kay Harper of Columbus, special friend, Wanda Roades, four brothers Kenneth Virginia Harper of Pensicola, Florida, Bill Freda Harper of Winchester, Jim Donna Harper of Gahanna, Stan Phyllis Harper of Winchester, five sisters Alberta Nelson of Stout, Mildred Jim Allen of Stout, Luciel Richard Hutter of Versailes, Indiana, Betty Paul Sautter of Seaman, Susie Johnny Copas of Winchester, nine grandchildren four great grandchildren, numerous claimed grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 3, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union under the direction of the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery.
Friends may call on Thursday evening from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M. at the Winchester Church of Christ
in Christian Union.
