Jack Humphrey, 58 years of Peebles, died Monday, May 17, 2004 at his residence.
He was born in Nicholasville, Kentucky on December 5, 1945 the son of the late William and Stella Aldridge Humphrey.
He is survived by his wife, Jill Waldron Humphrey, who he married on October 17, 1963, four sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Stacy Humphrey of Peebles, William and Linda Humphrey of West Union, Melvin and Holly Humphrey of Seaman, Gerald and Melinda Humphrey of West Union, two daughters and sons-in-law, Paula and Rob Watson of Peebles, Melissa and John Fuchs of Buford, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Alice and Robert Newton of West Union, Sarah and Calvin Clemons of Indianapolis, Indiana, and twenty-one grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. at the Tranquility Full Gospel Tabernacle with Bruce Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Leigh Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M. at the Tranquility Full Gospel Tabernacle.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of arrangements.
