Jack R. Sams, 76 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Thursday March 10, 2022.
He was born in Brown County on August 19, 1945, the son of the late Alice Sams. Besides his mother, he is also preceded by his wife, Cheryl Lynn Sams on September 16, 2016, daughter, Jackie "Sis" Post and mother-in-law, Norma Wilkin.
Jack is survived by his sons, Robert (Sheila) Sams of Hillsboro and Michael (Debi) Sams of Cincinnati, daughter, Brandy (Frank) Laws of Hillsboro, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, sister, Ester (Earl) Pride of Lynchburg and special friend, Tommy Oberrecht of Hillsboro.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday March 16, 2022 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Buford Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 11:00 am until time of services on Wednesday at the Thompson Funeral Home.
