Jackson Bradley Chamblin, infant, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
He is survived by his parents; Stephen and Ashley Watkins Chamblin of Peebles, maternal grandparents; Scott and Diana Watkins of West Virginia, maternal grandmother; Rita Moeller of Waynesville, Ohio, maternal great grandmother; Lois Kearns of Mt. Zion, Illinois, paternal grandparents; Gary and Judy Chamblin of Peebles, paternal great grandmother; Evelyn Jones of Peebles, paternal great grandparents; Rupert and Glenda Jones of Peebles, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and close family and friends.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 12, 2010 at the convenience of the family at Evergreen Cemetery with Richard Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow in Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Franklin Township Fire Department.
