James H. Criswell, 68 years of the Rainsboro Community, died Monday, February 3, 2003 at his residence.
He was born in Russellville, Ohio on December 29, 1934 the son of the late Arch H. and Edith Gray Criswell.
He was a life long farmer.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Florence Edith Peterson.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Brunck Criswell, who he married on July 30, 1955, two daughters and son-in-law, Mary E. Criswell of Greenfield, Debbie and Ray Achor of Sabina, two grandchildren, James and Brian Achor, sister and brother-in-law, Alice Jane and Gerry Evans of Cincinnati, brother-in-law, Ralph Peterson of Hillsboro, and niece, Janet Davis of Cincinnati.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Dennis Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in the Rhoads Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Charity of Choice.
