James Nolan Hall

December 3, 1938 — June 17, 2011

James Nolan Hall, 72 years of Seaman, passed away Friday, June 17, 2011 at Clermont Mercy Hospital.

He was born in Mt. Olivet, Kentucky on December 3, 1938 the son of the late Gordon Y. and Myrtle M. Massie Hall.

James was an Elder at Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union, a member of Winchester F&AM Lodge #236, Valley of Cincinnati Scottish Rite, and a Kentucky Colonel.

He is survived by his wife of thirty one years Jo E. Stern Hall of Seaman, two sons and daughters-in-law; James Nolan and Joyce Hall II of Seaman and Terry and Suzanne Maddox of Winchester, three daughters; Angela K. Hall and Shawn Swint of Batavia, Stacey Miller of Seaman, and Dara and Mark Wickerham of West Union, one aunt; Martha Hall of Cincinnati, mother-in-law Dorothy Stern of Seaman, eleven grandchildren, one great grandson, and lots of cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union with Rev. Dan Harrison and Rev. Marilyn Roades officiating. Burial will follow in Cherry Fork Cemetery.

Friends may call on Monday from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union with a Masonic Service at 8:00 P.M.
