James E. ?Jimmy? Rhoads, 72 years of Lucasville, formerly of Hillsboro, died Saturday August 2, 2003 at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth.
He was born at Sinking Spring, Ohio on September 7, 1930 the son of Chester and Flora Smith Rhoads.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Glenn Rhoads and Johnny Rhoads and one sister Mary Louise Penn.
He is survived by one brother-in-law, James A. Penn of Hillsboro and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Olive Branch Cemetery on Sinking Spring Road near Sinking Spring.
There will be no visitation.
