James R. "Todd" Stout, 81 years of Winchester, died Thursday, December 28, 2006 at the Heartland of Hillsboro.
He was born in Queens, Kentucky on July 27, 1925 the son of the late James M. and Grace Irey Stout.
He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Countryside Church of Christ. He was a salesman for Moorman Feed Company.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Windle, Clarence, and Billy Stout, and one sister, Naomi Hendrickson.
He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Evelyn Arbaugh Stout of Winchester, son and daughter-in-law, Jamie and Pam Stout of Winchester, daughters and sons-in-law, Jeanie and Joe Williamson of North Carolina, Debra and Dave Heist of Columbus, seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at the Winchester Church of Christ with Bill Bravard and Mike Breidenbaugh officiating. Burial will follow in the Cherry Fork Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Monday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester.
