Jane McAdow, 76 years of Peebles, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at University of Cincinnati Hospital.
She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 14, 1933 the daughter of the late Ralph and Mary Whitaker Crawford.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Harry "Doodle" McAdow, who passed away on December 6, 1991.
Jane was a longtime member of the Peebles United Methodist Church and the Ohio Retired Teachers Association.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; John and Heidi McAdow of Peebles and Jim and Debbie McAdow of West Union, two daughters and sons-in-law; Mary and Chris Reed of Peebles and Charlotte and Gary Newman of Peebles, eleven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles United Methodist Church with Steve Zinser officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
Memorials may be made to the Peebles United Methodist Church.
