Janet Marie Vance, 71 years of Hillsboro, died Thursday, March 16, 2006 at the Laurels of Hillsboro.
She was born in Highland County, Ohio on November 5, 1934 the daughter of the late Clement E. and Mary L. Glaze Vance.
She worked for twenty years for Western and Southern Life Insurance Company. She was a member of the Hillsboro First Presbyterian Church, and was a Pink Lady at Highland District Hospital.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Clifford and Carrie Lou Vance of Hillsboro, sisters and brothers-in-law, Joan and Gerald Hebel of Cincinnati, Dorothy Jane and Gary Hughes of Augusta, Georgia, and several nieces.
Graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at the New Market Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Maurice Mitchell officiating.
There will be no visitation observed.
Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
