Janice Adams, 71 years of Peebles, passed away Friday, August 15, 2008 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.
She was born in Peebles, Ohio on October 17, 1936 the daughter of the late Jesse Thompson.
She was a longtime member of the Louden Church.
She is survived by mother Thelma Thompson of Peebles, husband Wayne Adams of Peebles, sons and daughters-in-law Elbert and Melissa Adams of West Union, Wayne and Kelly Adams of Fairfield, Ohio, Jesse and Kimberly Adams of Batavia, and Tommy and Andrea Adams of Leesburg, daughter and son-in-law Kim and Doug O'Bryant of Peebles, brothers Dean Thompson of Columbus, Ohio and Dan Thompson of Manchester, Missouri, sister Marcea Houchen of Peebles, seventeen grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at the Louden Church in Louden with Raymond Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Marble Furnace Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel.
