Janice E. Jones, 64 years of Seaman, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
Janice was Born June 19, 1956 in Mariemont, OH., the daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Gilbert) Shanklin. Beside her parents, Janice was preceded by two brother, Ed and Richard Shanklin.
Janice retired from the Seaman Life Squad. Janice had many hobbies including cooking, sewing, making jelly and loved hummingbirds.
Janice is survived by four children, Amanda Hayslip, Chris Parker (wife Tammy), Josh Parker (wife Shena), Brad Parker all of Winchester; nine loving grandchildren, Randall, Michael and Alexis Hayslip, Logan and Levi Harris, Bentley and Bryson Parker, Jaiden and Sadie Parker; three siblings, Dave Carson of Louisiana, Phil Shanklin of Peebles and Cara Lewis (husband Rick) of Hamersville; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 12, 2020 at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman.
Pastor Michael Parks will officiate with burial following in the Cherry Fork Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the Lewis Sullivan Funeral Home.
