Jared Michael Sandlin, 19 years of Peebles, died Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at Children?s Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He was born in West Union, Ohio on June 18, 1986 the son of Michael and Barbara Sandlin of Peebles, Ohio. He is also survived by his paternal grandmother Ruth Sandlin of Fayetteville, Ohio, paternal great grandmother Helen McClannahan of Blanchester, Ohio, and maternal grandparents Paul & Ann Turner of Peebles, Ohio. One sister & brother-in-law Stephanie Ryan Stephens of Peebles, Ohio, one niece Molly Stephens and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Ben Sandlin.
Jared was a member of the Harwood Christian Church, a member of the Ohio Valley Vocational School FFA, and a graduate of Peebles High School, class of 2004.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church in Hillsboro, Ohio with Rev. Dan Lamb and Rev. Bill Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church.
Memorials may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Attn: Communications Department, 6931 Arlington Road, Bethesda, MD 20814 or a charity of choice.
Funeral services are under the guidance of the Thompson Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
