Jason Alan Hawk, 42 years of Bainbridge, passed away on Sunday September 26, 2021.
He was born in Washington Court House on June 12, 1979, the son of Larry and Deanna Hawk of Bainbridge. Jason is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles, great aunts and great uncles.
Besides his parents, he is also survived by his children, Alan Snively, Gracie Snively, Faith Hawk, Cheven Hawk and Destiny Hawk, grandson, Dean Snively, brother, Joshua Hawk and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be 12:00 PM Tuesday October 5, 2021 at Cynthiana Cemetery.
