Jasper J.C. or Jay Charles Hall, 76 years of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at the Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro.
He was born in Marion, North Carolina on January 25, 1930 the son of the late Jasper F. and Katherine L. Young Hall.
He served in the United States Army for two years.
Beside his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Hughlen F., Bruce, and Ralph Hall, and one sister, Margaret West.
He is survived by his wife, Ann F. Ledbetter Hall and Erma Wilkin, sons and daughters-in-law, Harold and Julie Hall of Ashville, New York, Denver and Lisa Hall of Hillsboro, daughters and son-in-law, Veronica and Don Brown of Hillsboro, Lovella Horton of Washington Court House, sisters and brothers-in-law, Carnetta Westmoreland of Marion, North Carolina, Delta Curry of Columbus, Sylvia and Harold Brown and Kathy and Jack Victor of Hillsboro, brother and sister-in-law, Melbourne and Pat Hall of Hillsboro, sisters-in-law, Verna Hall and Elizabeth Hall both of Hillsboro, grandchildren, Judy Rod Ferguson, Julie Tim Blair, Wesley Hall, Bethany Hall, Jason Donna Horton, Joe Horton, Cody Hall, Cassy Hall, Caitlyn Hall, great grandchildren, RJ Ferguson, Malory Ferguson, Molly Ferguson, Samantha Blair, Ethan Horton, Dylan Horton, step great grandchildren, Klairrissa Joy and Kaylie Joy, and cousin, Charlie and Jean Young.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 19, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at the Freedom Fellowship Church, 7451 Pea Ridge Road, Hillsboro, OH with Mike Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Dunkard Ridge Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Friday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M. at the Freedom Fellowship Church.
