Jay Harold Dawson, 21 years of Georgetown, died Friday, April 17, 2009 as a result of an Automobile Accident.
He was born in Hillsboro, Oh on August 17, 1987 the son of Craig and Rita Dawson. Mr. Dawson was a 2005 Graduate of West Union High School and a member of Iron Workers Local 70.
He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Sue Ann Dawson, his Great Grandmother, Elsie M. Mitchell, his Great Grandmother, Marion Richey and one sister Sara Jane Dawson.
He is survived by his parents, one son, Kayden Dawson, two brothers, Brian Shearer and Kaden Dawson, two sisters, Courtney Dawson and Kyler Dawson, Grandparents, Bob & Nancy Conner, Paternal Grandparents, Charles and Ann Dawson, Grandmother Dorothy Call and a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev Allan Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home. There will be a memorial service held at Serpent Mound Park
