Jean Truman

Jean Truman, 84 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Sunday June 3, 2018 at the Heartland of Hillsboro.

She was born in Highland County on September 14, 1933, the daughter of the late Glenn and Ruth (Forsythe) McClure. Besides her parents, she was also preceded by her husband, Paul Truman on June 8, 2008, one great grandson, Traveon Cumberland, sister, Wilma McClure and brother, Nelson McClure.

Jean was a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ.

Jean is survived by her three sons, Paul Eugene Truman of New Vienna, Donald Ray (Emily) Truman of Hillsboro and Thomas Howard Truman of Washington Court House, daughter, Sharon Knisley of Lynchburg, eight grandchildren: Donna Jean (Jeff) Fitzgerald, B.J. (Rachiel) Knisley, Jan Michael Truman, Jennifer Truman, Carrie Jean Knisley, Amber Zguro, Jared (Heidi) Truman and Desiree Truman, 14 great grandchildren, sister, Betty Truman of Hillsboro and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday June 7, 2018 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Barnes Cemetery.

Friends may call from 11:00 AM until time of services on Thursday at the Thompson Funeral Home.

Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
