Jeff Stout, 50 years of Batavia, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
He was born in West Union, Ohio on July 12, 1960.
Jeff was a member of F&AM in Norwood, Ohio and the Adams County Flying Club.
He is survived by his mother and father Edith and Richard Wigginton of Seaman, his wife Patricia Donothan Stout of Batavia, one son; Kevin Stout of Mason, Ohio, two brothers; Brad Stout of Seaman and Scott and Mindi Wigginton of Seaman, one sister and brother-in-law; Sherry and Jim Heitkemper of Peebles, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 21, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel in Seaman with Gary Seaman officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Leigh Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel in Seaman with a Masonic Service at 7:30 P.M.
Memorials may be made to Adams County Airport Authority, C/O any First State Bank.
