Jeffrey L. Neal, 46 years old of Winchester, Ohio, died Tuesday, August 12, 2003 at Clermont Mercy Hospital.
He was born January 11, 1957 in West Union, Ohio, the son of the late Robert Neal and Doris Fenton. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents W.C. and Ethel Neal who raised Jeffrey. Aunt and uncle Nondas and Bill Anderson also preceded in death.
Jeffrey was a member of the Winchester Baptist Church.
He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law Cyndi and Mike Stout of Winchester, brother and sister-in-law David and June Neal of Sugartree Ridge, one niece Kalee Stout, four nephews, Zach Stout, Jobe Neal, Aaron Neal and Dillon Neal.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester with Rev. Steve Darby officiating. Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 6-8 PM at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home.
