Jeffrey B. Osborne, 32 years of Seaman, died Tuesday, August 17, 2004 at the Adams County Hospital in West Union.
He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 20, 1971 the son of Bettie Young Gullette.
He is survived by his mother, Bettie Jo Gullette of Seaman, son, Derrick Osborne, maternal grandparents, Eileen and Vernon Young of Seaman, sister, Winnie Gullette of West Union, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home in Winchester with Jim Crank officiating. Burial will follow in the Cherry Fork Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 till 11:00 A.M. at the Bradford-Sullivan Funeral Home.
