Jerry Beasley

Jerry Beasley, 67 years of Winchester, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at his residence.
He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 20, 1941 the son of the late Gordon B. Beasley.
Besides his father he was preceded in death by two brothers; Gordon B. Beasley and Roy L. Beasley.
Jerry was a longtime member of the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Viet-Nam era.
He is survived by his mother Gladys Manning Beasley of Amelia, wife Joan Kemp Beasley of Winchester, two sons; Jerry D. Beasley, Jr. of Akron and Patrick Nichols of Winchester, three daughters and sons-in-law; Michelle and Justin Phares of Akron, Tammy Beasley of Cuyahoga Falls, and Theresa and Steffen Possel of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, two brothers; Daniel Beasley of Amelia and Rick Beasley of Moscow, Ohio, three sisters; Kathy Snouffer of Amelia, Nancy Beasley of Sharonville, and Susan Scott of Trenton, Ohio, three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union with Dan Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in Cherry Fork Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M. at the Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union. Military rites will be given by the Adams County Honor Guard; the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorials may be made to Winchester Church of Christ in Christian Union.
