Jerry DeLong, 49, of Lynchburg, OH entered into rest on Monday, June 18, 2012.
Jerry was born in Van Lear, KY on September 18, 1962. Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Billy E. DeLong.
Jerry is survived by his loving mother and stepfather, Ray and Bonnie Oberschlake of Lynchburg, OH, two children, Zachary Greer, FL, and Melissa Shaun Clancy, DE, four grandchildren, two brothers, Larry DeLong of Paintsville, KY and Michael Niki DeLong of Winchester, OH, two sisters, Sandra Gary Baisden of Delbarton, WV and Sharon Bart Turner of Lynchburg, OH and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2012 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Rev. Randle Goble will officiate with burial to follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call Thursday from 12:00 till 2:00 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
