Jerry "Tom" Thomas Bickel
March 3, 1956 — May 26, 2022
Jerry Thomas "Tom" Bickel, 66 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Thursday May 26, 2022 at Hospice of Cincinnati after his battle with cancer.
He was born in Cincinnati on March 3, 1956, the son of the late Eugene and Florence (Reed) Bickel. Besides his parents, he is also preceded by his three sisters, Barb Fultz, Cathy Allphin and Debbie Hines.
Known to his friends as Tom, he was raised on a dairy farm outside of Blanchester. He farmed, ran construction equipment and trucks with his father for over 40 years.
He was a hard worker who loved his family and would help his friends any way he could. He loved and was proud of his wife and five children.
Tom is survived by his wife of 45 years, Carol, daughters, Cathy (Leo Manson) Cutler, Dawn (Tim) Bankston, Heidi (James) Gressick and Heather (Geoff Lowell) Noland, son, Guy (Yvonne) Cutler, grandchildren, Julia and Joshua Cutler, Preston Peterson and Destini (Matt) Williams, Morgan, Mackenzie, Madison and Hank; great grandchildren, Hayleigh Williams, Peyton R., Peyton T. Williams and Brylea Gressick, Kynlee and Sailer.
Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday June 1, 2022 at the Locust Grove Cemetery in Peebles.
Friends may call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday May 31, 2022 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro, OH .
