Jessie W. Brannen, 86 years of Berrysville, passed away on Wednesday July 8, 2020. Jessie was born on March 20, 1934, the son of the late William and Meta (Brooking) Brannen. Besides his parents, he is also preceded by his wife, Barbara (Michael) Brannen and his two brothers, Layton and Stanley Brannen.
Jessie served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Jessie is survived by his son, Chuck (Anna Reno) Brannen, two grandchildren, Josh and Cody Ramsden, five great grandchildren, brother-in-law, Bob Michael and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be 10:30 AM Monday July 13, 2020 at the Sugartree Ridge Cemetery with military rites conducted by the Highland County Honor Guard.
