Jim Forman, 53 years of Aberdeen, died Monday, June 30, 2003.
He was born in Adams County, Ohio on January 17, 1950 the son of Hendrick and June Fields Forman, Jr.
He was a maintenance foreman for DP&L.
He was preceded in death by his father, Hendrick Forman, Jr.
He is survived by his mother, June Forman of Peebles, wife, Mary Ann Forman, son, Jason Forman of Winchester, daughters, Michele Forman of West Union, Karah Gould of Peebles, brother, Chuck Forman of Peebles, sisters, Brenda Hughes of Florida, Debbie Baker of Florida, and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Peebles United Methodist Church with Steve Zinser officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Peebles United Methodist Church.
Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of arrangements.
