John Abbott, 80 years of Peebles, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2010 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Peebles, Ohio on September 15, 1929 the son of the late Earl and Faye Lawill Abbott.
He is survived by his wife Tina Chamblin Abbott of Peebles, two sons; Jonathan of Peebles and Chris Abbott of West Union, two daughters; Alisha and Cynthia Abbott both of Peebles, nine grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Evergreen Cemetery. The Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles is in charge of the arrangements.
