John Cleveland, 63 years of Peebles, died Wednesday, June 18, 2003 at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth.
He was born in Peebles, Ohio on July 2, 1939 the son of the late John and Data Nunley Cleveland.
He was a United States Army veteran. He was a member of the Peebles Missionary Evangelical Church of Christ, and the DAV.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Fulton Cleveland, who he married on June 6, 1964, daughter, Johnna Kay Cleveland of Peebles, sisters, Hilma Boyd of Toledo, Faye Damron of Texas, Donna Gibson of Dayton, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles Missionary Evangelical Church of Christ with Bill Ryan and Phil Fulton officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery with military graveside rites conducted by the Adams County Honor Guard.
Friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles Missionary Evangelical Church of Christ.
