John Robert Hill

John Robert Hill, 73 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Monday August 12, 2013 at Veteran Homeland in Chillicothe Ohio.
He was born in Hillsboro on October 10, 1939, the son of the late Forest Leslie and Norma Jean Dodds Hill. Besides his parents is was also preceded in death by his brother James Hill and sister Ruth Ann Allen.
John served in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, graduated from Edward Lee McClain High School and loved horses and blacksmithing.
He is survived by his sons Robert Dean Carol Hill of Milford Michigan and Richard Todd Hill of Indiana, daughter Holly Jo Randy Shoemaker of South Salem, brother Richard Hill of Dayton, eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. on Saturday August 17, 2013 at Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bridges Cemetery with Military Graveside by the Highland County Honor Guard
Friends may call at 12:00 P.M. Noon until time of service on Saturday.
