John Thomas Parker, 73 years of Hillsboro, died Monday, April 22, 2013 at his residence.
He was born in Clinton County on December 20, 1939 the son of the late Ernest Herman and Eva Marie Paul Parker. Beside his parents he was preceded in death by one son, James R. Parker, two brothers, James Edward Parker and Paul David Parker.
He is survived by his wife Betty Tilton Parker whom he married on February 5, 1967; two sons and daughters in law, John T. and Bonnie Parker Jr., of Springfield, Dale and Pat Parker of Hillsboro; two daughters, Gina Parker of Washington State and Peggy Call of Springfield; three brothers and sisters in law, Robert Lowell and Brenda Parker of Dayton, Donald E. Parker of Huntington, IN, Denver Lee and Linda Parker of Springfield; three sisters and brothers in law, Iva L. and David Walters of Circleville, Jean Ann Phillips of Hillsboro, Ruth and Jesse Estes of Greenville; 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Memorial Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, April 27, 2013 Myers Cemetery at North Hampton, near Springfield, Ohio.
Thompson Funeral Home, Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
