Johnny Mark Kerns, 52 years of the Latham Community, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2021.
He was born October 15, 1968 in Bainbridge Ohio, the son of the late John Henry and Judith (Legg) Kerns. Beside his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by his wife, Penny Jo (Williamson) Kerns on April 9, 2013.
Johnny was a graduate from Western Latham High School and went to trade school where he became a Certified Electrician. He was an avid motorcyclist who traveled to Daytona Beach and Sturgis for bike rallies.
Johnny is survived by a brother Matthew Kerns of Wilmington; a sister and brother-in -law Eva and George Allen Davidson of Tennessee; a special friend Sharon Jordan; stepdaughter, Dianna Newsome of Lucasville, OH.; stepson, Tommy Newsome of Latham, OH.; step granddaughter, Elissa Newsome; several aunts, uncles, and a host of friends.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 5, 2021 at the Barr Cemetery at Latham, OH.
