Joseph Gardner, 73 years of Peebles, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012 at Adams County Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Adams County, Ohio on May 18, 1939 the son of the late Thomas and Lola Heppard Gardner.
Joseph attended Peebles Holiness Mission.
He is survived by his wife; Judy Anderson Gardner of Peebles, whom he married on June 29, 1967, three sons; Darrel Gardner of Georgia, Eddie Gardner of Peebles, and Wesley Gardner of Peebles, three daughters and sons-in-law; Vicki Gardner of Peebles, Melissa and Scott Fields of West Virginia, and Jennifer and Dave Ross of Kentucky, one brother; Rodger Gardner of Peebles, two sisters; Patsy Thompson of West Union and Judy Jenkins Peebles, and 6 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles with Charles Gardner, Jr. officiating.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 till 7:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles.
