Joseph Phillip Throckmorton, 36 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022.
Phil was born in Hillsboro on April 24, 1986, to the late Joseph Richard Francis Throckmorton and Nola Kay (Allen) Throckmorton of Hillsboro. Besides his father,he is also preceded by two brothers, Tom and Charles Ballein and a sister Sarah Elizabeth Throckmorton.
Besides his mother, Phil is survived by his fiancé Roberta Main; son, Steven Joseph Henry Throckmorton; daughter, Sadie Kayann Throckmorton; brothers, John Ballein of Hillsboro, Corey (Amanda) Ballein of Allensburg, and Brian (Casandra) Ballein of Hillsboro; sister, Melanie Ballein of Portsmouth; several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
It was Phils's wish to be cremated. No visitation or funeral services are scheduled.
