Joyce Sluss, 61 years of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at the Sycamore Hospital in Miamisburg.
She was born in Greenfield, Ohio on January 10, 1945 the daughter of the late Martha Burns.
Beside her mother she was preceded in death by two sons, John Christopher Sluss and Christopher Clark Sluss, and one brother, David Joe Hollar.
She is survived by her husband of forty-three years, John Sluss of Hillsboro, sons and daughter-in-law, Terry and Tammy Sluss of Greenfield, James Traci Surber, Girlfriend Sluss of Sabina, Bobby Lisa Smith, Girlfriend Sluss of Leesburg, daughters and sons-in-law, Patty and Pat Warner of Texas, Monica and Mike Brown of Hillsboro, Leslie Cooper of Hillsboro, and ten grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with John Porter officiating. Burial will follow in the Dunn's Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
