Jr. Forman, 76 years of Peebles, died Sunday, June 15, 2003 at Grant Hospital in Columbus.
He was born in Mason County, Kentucky on May 3, 1927 the son of the late Hendrick and Stella Grimes Forman.
He was with the Peebles Police Department for twenty-eight years, where he was Chief of Police for nineteen years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.
He is survived by his wife, June Fields Forman, who he married on November 6, 1948, sons, Jim Forman of Aberdeen, Chuck Forman of Peebles, daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Don Hughs of Sarasota, Florida, Debbie and Dave Baker of Bradenton, Florida, ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren, sister, Vivian Wenz of Aberdeen, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at the Peebles United Methodist Church with Steve Zinser officiating. Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M. at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Peebles United Methodist Church Building Fund, 62 Vine Street, Peebles, OH 45660.
