Juanita Mae Adams, 77 years of Hillsboro, died Friday, May 21, 2004 at her residence.
She was born in Frenchburg, Kentucky on December 1, 1926 the daughter of the late Porter and Amelia Campbell Dennis.
She was a waitress at the Golden Lamb in Lebanon, and she owned and operated the Hemlock Café in Jamestown for several years.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Earl Dennis.
She was united in marriage on May 31, 1946 to Walter E. Adams, who survives. She is also survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Kim Adams of Lebanon, Gregory and Bonnie Adams of Port William, Dennis and Rochelle Adams of Lynchburg, three daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda Dennon of Franklin, Deborah and Michael Worthington of Hillsboro, Elizabeth and Steve Brown of Hillsboro, three brothers and sisters-in-law, Stanley and Alice Dennis of Trenton, Ohio, Carl and Tina Dennis of Greenwich, Connecticut, Ray and Bea Dennis of Middletown, five sisters, Lillie Pence of Middletown, Bonnie Gray of Middletown, Irene Cable of Merritt Island, Florida, Wanda Dearth of Franklin, Joyce Walden of Middletown, seventeen grandchildren, and twenty-seven great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at 7:30 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Linden Damschroder officiating.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00 till 7:30 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
