Juanita Burt, 80 years of Seaman, died Friday, October 12, 2001 at the Eastgate Health Care Center.
She was born at Ft. Thomas, KY on May 19, 1921 the daughter of William and Elizabeth
Schlake Grizzell.
She was a member of the Winchester Baptist Church, Order of Eastern Star #337 in Alexandria, KY.
Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Stanley M. Burt in 1985,
Son David Bruce Burt in 1973, brother Kenneth Grizzell.
She is survived by one niece, one great niece, and two great great nieces.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 15, 2001 at 7:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman with Rev. Steve Bankhead officiating.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2001 at 11:00 A.M. at the Alexandria Cemetery in Alexandria, KY.
Friends may call one hour prior to services on Monday evening, 6:00-7:00 P.M. at the Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Winchester Baptist Church, 19089 St. Rte. 136, Winchester, Oh 45697.
