Juanita Strain

Juanita Strain, 56 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Wednesday December 1, 2021.

She was born in San Diego, CA on March 6, 1965, the daughter of the late Jim and Dolores (Duarte) Pegan. Besides her parents, she is also preceded by her sister, Bernadette and father-in-law, Pete Strain.

Juanita was a member of the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians, in California.

Juanita is survived by her husband, Pat, daughter, Tasha Strain of Cincinnati, brother, James Pegan of Mt. Orab, nephews, Nishko (Theresa) Kimberly, John (Katie) Norris and Gorge (Amelia) Zarate, several other nieces and nephews, mother-in-law, Mary Strain of Allensburg and special friend, Cathi "Doodle" Fittro of Hillsboro.

Funeral Services will be 3:00 P.M. Friday December 10, 2021 at the Thompson Funeral Home.

Friends may visit the family from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.

The family would like to send an invitation out for family and friends to come to Woodland Lake, 8881 W. Dead Fall Road, Hillsboro, OH 45133, after the services for Juanita.
