Judy C. Smith, 60 years of Hillsboro, died Wednesday, December 4, 2002 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
She was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 14, 1942 the daughter of the late Elmer and Helen Hermina Woosck Rice.
She was a member of the Samantha Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Smith, one daughter and son-in-law, René and Scott Reffitt, three sons and daughters-in-law, Jevin and Kathy Watson, Chad and Julie Watson, Clinton Wade Watson and fiancée, Charlotte Hilterbran, two step sons, Shannon Smith, Darren White, three step daughters, Glenda Wardon, Crystal Patterson, Sabrenia Smith, all of Hillsboro, four sisters and brothers-in-law, Sandra Kay and Larry Garrison of Greenfield, Betty and Phil McDaniels, Gerry Lynn and Donnie Jones, both of Hillsboro, Pat and Jim Morgan of Lynchburg, ten grandchildren, Josh, Larry, Brantly, Adam, Jenika, Kennedy, Dustin, Taryn, Ciera, Aaron, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Wiley Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from 11:00 till 2:00 P.M. at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Samantha Freewill Baptist Church, 10211 State Route 72, Leesburg, OH 43160.
