Kay Bobb, 73 years of Chillicothe, formerly of the Rainsboro Community, died Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.
She was born on July 10, 1937 at Chillicothe, Ohio the daughter of the late Harry E. and Thelma R. Walter Hibbler. Beside her parents she was preceded in death on June 17, 2008 by her husband J. Roger Bobb whom she married on January 7, 1972.
She retired from the Adena Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by a step daughter Connie John Swayne of Washington C.H., Ohio, one brother Michael Valrey Hibbler of Frankfort, Ohio, one niece Melissa Tom Posey of Bourneville, Ohio, one great nephew Josh Posey, one great niece Courtney Posey and a special friend Lois Peabody of Rainsboro.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 3, 2011 at the Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Joni Manson officiating. Burial will follow in the Rhoads Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at the Thompson Funeral Home.
