Keith Thomas, 54 years old of Hillsboro, died Saturday, June 11, 2005 at the Highland District Hospital.

He was born March 16, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late James H. and Ruth Ann Painter Thomas.

Keith was a graduate of Withrow High School, Southern State Community College and received his Bachelors of Art in Business Administration from Wilmington College. Keith was the Production Control Manager at New Sabina Industries.

On October 3, 1987 he was united in marriage to Susan Barnes Thomas who survives. He is also survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Rob Hutchinson of Cincinnati, OH and Anastasia and Henry Ortega of Spokane, WA.; step son, Matthew Blanton of Indianapolis, IN.; step daughter and step son-in-law, Michelle and Todd Whipple of Sabina, OH.; two grandchildren, Austin Hutchinson and Samuel Ortega; sister and brother-in-law, Susan Thomas and William Kerwin of Columbus, OH., father-in-law and mother-in-law, Wendell and Doris Barnes of West Union, OH.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mark and Debbie Barnes of Ripley, OH. and Greg and Madonna Tepe of Cincinnati, OH.; two nephews Tom and Eddie Kerwin.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Chaplain Joyce Murnahan will officiate. Burial will follow in the West Union IOOF Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4-8 PM Tuesday at the Hope Miller-Thompson Funeral Home.

Family suggests memorials to Hospice of Hope or the American Cancer Society.
