Keneth Waters

Keneth D. "Scratch" Waters, 76 years of West Union, passed away on Wednesday November 2, 2016.

He was born in Barthel, KY on August 4, 1940, the son of the late Nobel and Ilet (Bradley) Waters. Besides his parents, he was also preceded by a son, David Waters, and a daughter, Carolyn Waters.

Keneth is survived by his wife Rose Waters, one son, Timothy (Wendy) Waters of Peebles, two daughters, Joan (Kelly) Furnish and Amy Waters of Winchester, three brothers, Glenn (Jean) Waters of Peebles, Larry (Marietta) Waters of Seaman and Stanly (Loretta) Waters of Seaman, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 PM Friday November 11, 2016 at the Wallace-Thompson Lewis-Sullivan Funeral Home in Seaman, Ohio.

Friends may call from 2:00 PM until the time of service on Friday November 11, 2016 at the funeral home.

The family requests donations be made to Shriners Children's Hospital or the Hospice of Hope.
