Kenneth G. Gillespie, 63 years of Hillsboro, died Thursday, January 08, 2009 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
He was born April 10, 1945 in Highland County, Ohio, the son of the late John and Violet Watts Gillespie.
Kenny was an Army Veteran, serving his Country during the Viet-Nam Era. He was a member of the F.O.E. Aerie1161, Hillsboro; AMVETS Post 61, Hillsboro; VFW Post 9094, Hillsboro.
He is survived by one daughter, Tina Musser of Hillsboro; one grandson, Robert Wagner; three brothers, Randy, Bob and Dean Gillespie all of Hillsboro; two sisters, Patty Brunk and Kay Gillespie of Hillsboro.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Saturday, January 24, 2009 from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at the Hillsboro AMVETS Post 61, 11541 North Shore Drive, Hillsboro, OH 45133.
Family requests donations to the Thompson Funeral Home, 241 East Main Street, Hillsboro, OH 45133.
