Kenneth L. Music, Sr., 75 years of Winchester, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center.
He was born in Wheelrite, Kentucky on September 17, 1937 the son of the late Ben and Inez Reid Music.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
He attended Pleasant Grove Enterprise Baptist Church; he was also a Baptist minister for numerous years and an Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jane Zinkhon Music of Winchester; two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth L. and Rose Music, Jr. of Winchester and Scott A. and Valerie Music of Williamsburg; three brothers, Ben of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Charlie of Auxier, Kentucky, and Jerry Music of Richmond, Kentucky; two sisters, Ruth Ann Scott of Auxier, Kentucky and Ellie Goble of Richmond, Kentucky; 4 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Winchester Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Bankhead officiating. Burial will follow in Winchester Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. and also on Saturday from 10:00 till 11:00 A.M. at the Winchester Baptist Church.
