It is with profound sadness yet a celebration of life that we announce the passing of Kenneth "Red" Hinkle, who left this world on March 19, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on January 27, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Red is preceded in death by his parents, Estill and Helen (Wilson) Hinkle, wife, Mary (Trent) Hinkle on March 10, 2017 and brother, Dean Martin.
Red was a man of diverse passions. He loved the thrill of the game, whether it was playing softball with friends or relishing the excitement of a Bingo night. Nature was his second home; he found joy in hunting, fishing, and foraging for mushrooms, always ready to share his latest catch or find with family and friends. His laughter filled every room, and his generous spirit brought light to the lives of those who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved children, Herb (Rebecca) Bowman, Jason (Ann) Hinkle, Lynn (Dale) Cox, Kenya (David) Albrecht and Brittany (Daniel) Bridges , 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, brother, Danny Martin, sister, Michelle (Brian) Young, special friend, Marlene Charles and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends, who carries forward the legacy of love and joy that Red instilled in all who crossed his path. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and the countless lives he touched.
