Kenneth W. Rhoads, Sr. 70 years of Burgoon, OH, passed away on Sunday October 5, 2014 at the Promedica Toledo Hospital.
He was born in Highland County on August 24, 1944, formally of New Vienna, the son of the late Russell and Margie Clark Rhoads. Besides his parents he was also preceded by his wife Marilyn Huddleston Rhoads, step-father James Potts, two brothers Tony and Walter Rhoads, Sr. and sister Bonnie Eversole.
Kenneth worked for Atlas Industries, in Gibsonburg, OH for 42 and a half years until he retired in 2008.
He is survived by his son Kenneth W. Rhoads, Jr. of Burgoon, daughters Tina Rhoads of Burgoon and Edna Northcutt of Bradner, brother Roger Tonya Rhoads of Seaman, sisters Betty Price of Hillsboro, Marsha Lester Deeter of Hillsboro and Nancy Harpree of Hillsboro, seven grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and host of friends.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday October 11, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Dunkard Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may call at 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday October 10, 2014 at the Thompson Funeral Home.
